Community Newspaper Group (CNG), publisher of 17 regional newspapers and websites in Western Australia serving over 700,000 readers, needed near-zero downtime to protect revenue and meet real-time publishing demands. Its aging Trend Micro and Microsoft endpoint defenses provided poor visibility, required juggling multiple dashboards, and missed sophisticated threats such as phishing and ransomware, forcing time-consuming manual investigations.

CNG deployed Check Point SandBlast Agent with Threat Emulation and Forensics alongside a Check Point 4600 appliance, using cloud-based sandboxing, SSL inspection and a centralized SmartCenter console.
