Alpine Energy, one of New Zealand’s 29 electricity distribution businesses serving more than 33,500 customers and operating SCADA across 50+ substations, embarked on a digital transformation that included cloud migration and ADMS deployment. With aging OT/SCADA assets and an increasingly sophisticated threat landscape, the company needed to identify vulnerabilities, prevent lateral movement, and protect endpoints as a foundation for future innovation.
