Veepee delivers the best payment experience to its customers

Veepee, the flash-sales ecommerce retailer, wanted to preserve its “wow” customer experience while navigating Europe’s Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements. Working with Checkout.com and its Authentication product, Veepee aimed to reduce the added friction that was driving cart abandonment and hurting sales.

Checkout.com analyzed Veepee’s payment flows to identify out-of-scope transactions and implemented Transaction Risk Analysis (TRA) for low-risk payments, helping create a smoother authentication experience. As a result, Veepee met SCA requirements while improving conversion and authorization rates, recovering revenue that had previously been lost at checkout.
