Topps Digital hits a home run with Checkout.com

Topps Digital, the digital collectibles arm of Topps, partnered with Checkout.com to improve its global checkout experience as it expanded into apps and an NFT platform. In the US, where most of its sales take place, Topps Digital was facing high levels of chargeback fraud and customer payment issues that were hurting revenue and creating support burden. Checkout.com provided its acquiring and Fraud Detection Pro solutions to help address these challenges.

With Checkout.com in place, Topps Digital reduced average chargebacks from a peak of 22% to below 1% and cut payment-related customer issues from around 40% to just 5%. Checkout.com’s fraud tools and payment insights also helped Topps Digital resolve failed transactions more effectively, improve customer satisfaction, and support smarter planning for product launches.
