With Checkout.com, Ferryhopper streamlined its payment flow, improved security, and reduced transaction costs while increasing acceptance rates. The results included a 6% overall acceptance rate increase, card acceptance for France and Germany rising from 85% to 91%, lower average commissions on EU card transactions, and growth to 20–25% of all Greek ferry ticket sales, with expansion into Italy and Spain.
