StayTofino, a vacation rental management company in Tofino run by Jason Watts, needed to manage bookings across seven properties and multiple calendars while frequently on the move and often limited to 3G connectivity. To enable mobile access and reliable calendar synchronization, StayTofino chose Checkfront, using Checkfront with iCal to keep reservations in sync.

Checkfront was integrated into the new StayTofino website (built by Bully Creative) via the Checkfront API and iCal, and Jason now uses an iPad tethered to his iPhone plus the Calendar Plus app to view and manage bookings on the go. The implementation gave StayTofino centralized control of reservations for seven properties, instant mobile access to all bookings even on limited connections, and smooth deployment backed by Checkfront’s responsive customer support.
