Western Management Group (WMG) is a California- and France-based provider of compensation surveys for more than 15,000 global companies. While offering a free survey service to participants, WMG struggled with Excel-based data collection and a limited in-house application that required heavy manual HTML coding and frequent IT involvement whenever survey questions changed.

WMG chose Prezza Technologies’ Checkbox Survey Server, installed it on their own servers, and worked with the vendor to customize input and reporting. The new solution supports advanced question types and a developer kit for integration, lets non-IT staff deploy surveys, collects responses from up to 400 organizations at once, and has delivered significant cost savings, reduced IT workload, and improved reporting.
