The solution from ChayAll was easy to implement, providing an all-in-one service that integrated multiple channels including Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, iMessage, and Live Chat onto the university's website. By strategically placing these messaging widgets on different departmental pages, the university efficiently distributed inquiries to the appropriate staff and students for answering. This approach yielded significant results: 44 conversations were generated and 431 messages were exchanged during the event, successfully creating a privileged link with future students and replicating the welcoming feel of an in-person open house.
