Fortune 100 Fashion Company partnered with Chatter to address lost sales in its brick-and-mortar stores. The retailer needed a faster way to understand why shoppers were leaving without buying, since traditional surveys could not capture feedback soon enough to recover the sale.

Using Chatter’s “Save Our Sale” feature, the company ran a 60-day pilot across 17 U.S. stores that sent SMS feedback requests to shoppers as they exited. Chatter’s AI identified inventory-related drop-offs and shared trackable purchase links, helping save 538 sales, drive a more than 3.6X return on investment, and recover 5% of lost sales.
