Master AutoTech, formerly Master Muffler, is a 25-location automotive repair provider that rebranded to better reflect its full range of services and needed to update online listings and preserve customer trust during the transition. In 2022 the company partnered with Chatmeter, using Listings Management, Reputation Management, Social Media Management and the Pulse AI sentiment tool to ensure accurate, up-to-date location information and a consistent customer experience.

Chatmeter helped Master AutoTech clean up and centrally update listings (cutting updates from a week to an afternoon), give managers mobile access to respond to reviews, and surface CX insights with Pulse to address issues like repair timeliness. The results: all 25 locations rebranded, a 4.5+ average rating across locations, a 100% review response rate, improved local rankings and “the same or more” reviews than competitors — measurable gains driven by Chatmeter’s platform.
