CareVet LLC, a network of 175 veterinary hospitals across more than 30 states, faced the challenge of maintaining accurate local listings, protecting its online reputation, and responding quickly to customer feedback with a very small marketing team as the business scaled rapidly. To solve this, CareVet selected Chatmeter and implemented Chatmeter’s Listings Management and Reputation Management solutions.

Chatmeter provided a centralized dashboard, automated reports, and generative AI tools to streamline review monitoring and craft personalized responses, enabling daily review triage and faster outreach. As a result, CareVet achieved a 4.6 overall rating (versus a 3.9 competitor average), a 34% review response rate (versus 17% for competitors), an 11% increase in direct searches, and a 4% increase in click-to-directions, while saving significant time and improving local brand awareness and customer relationships.
