BrightView, a rapidly expanding outpatient addiction treatment provider with 56 locations, needed a scalable way to ensure consistent, people-first patient care and to strengthen its online reputation and search visibility as the brand more than tripled in size. Chatmeter implemented a centralized reputation platform — including Reputation Management with Workflow alerts, Pulse sentiment analysis, and targeted keyword monitoring — plus listings and social tools and hands-on onboarding support. After six months with Chatmeter, BrightView saw a 387% increase in five-star reviews, a 237% rise in search appearances, a 99.3% boost in Google page-one rankings, plus notable gains in website clicks (+134%), phone calls (+149%), driving directions (+179%) and a 93% review response rate.
