Marketing Agency Uses Messenger Bots to Deliver High-Quality Leads for Clients

Tacobot, a US-based chatbot agency serving small local insurance and real estate businesses, needed a better way to help clients generate high-intent, affordable leads. Instead of relying on expensive lead vendors that sold low-intent data to multiple buyers, Tacobot turned to Chatfuel and its Messenger bot platform to create a more conversational lead-generation experience.

Using Chatfuel’s JSON API, Sequences, and Attributes features, Tacobot built pre-made chatbot “skills” for insurance quotes, rent calculations, and home-value estimates, with lead data automatically sent to CRMs or other systems. The result was strong performance across its client base, including about $2.5 per high-quality insurance lead, under $10 per high-intent real estate lead, and roughly $0.10 per conversation, helping Tacobot expand to clients in 41 US states.
