iLTHY®, a Cleveland-based fashion brand founded by Kumar Arora and Glen Infante, wanted to expand its reach and acquire new customers through Instagram. Working with Chatfuel, the team looked for a simple no-code way to drive sales and test how much time they could save with Instagram automation.
Chatfuel helped iLTHY® launch Instagram chatbot campaigns that used direct messages, promo codes, and lead collection to deliver unique 10% off gift cards and check Shopify for existing customers. The approach produced strong results: one monthly campaign increased conversion rate by 22% and generated $2,303 in sales from 197 engaged customers, while a Memorial Day campaign generated $1,075 in just 1 hour after 40 people interacted with the bot.
