uandu GmbH, an online retailer for lifestyle products, faced the challenge of making their Halloween marketing campaign more efficient with the goal of increasing revenue without driving up their WhatsApp advertising costs. Chatarmin implemented a solution that leveraged the 24-hour conversation window on WhatsApp. They sent a follow-up message to contacts who did not purchase after the first message, but because both messages were sent within the 24-hour window, Meta costs were only charged once.
