Ryan now pulls a “Partner Retained ARR” segment and shares one reliable metric in weekly reports, saving time, gaining C‑level buy-in, and demonstrating clear partner-driven growth; next steps include automating tagging and using deeper segmentation to measure partner effects on LTV and churn.
