A multi‑location eye care practice in the Dallas–Fort Worth area engaged ChartLogic to manage IT for a planned office move into new construction with minimal infrastructure. The clinic faced risks to internet connectivity and a new centralized call center that initially didn’t integrate with the site’s existing phone system, threatening continuity of patient care and revenue during the transition.
ChartLogic used its carrier relationships to build out internet service and worked with vendors to integrate the phone system with the centralized call center, coordinate cabling and hardware, and install workstations, servers and Wi‑Fi onsite during the move. The result: the clinic opened on schedule with no IT delays or loss of access to scheduling, imaging or phones, reduced phone‑line costs through centralization, and eliminated patient confusion over contact numbers.
