CentraCare, a large Minnesota health system, needed to turn its vast data stores into actionable insights to meet its clinical, operational, and business goals. They partnered with The Chartis Group to advance their analytics capabilities and establish a centralized program to drive organizational performance.

The Chartis Group co-created a solution that involved establishing governing bodies, developing a revised staffing model, and recruiting key analytics leaders. As a result, CentraCare hired its first VP of Analytics and met or surpassed all its first-year maturity goals. The new program enabled enterprise leaders to meet 100% of their KPIs, up from less than half, and the team completed 110% of inbound requests monthly.
