WeWork, the global platform for creators serving more than 20,000 members, was rapidly accumulating member data across dozens of locations and needed to become more data-driven. CEO Adam Neumann charged Edward Bush with forming an Insights team to establish a single source of truth and standardize measurements across teams that had been using inconsistent metrics.
The team chose Chartio for its fast setup and live connections (including Salesforce), enabling them to combine proprietary occupancy data, Google Analytics, and sales data without a data warehouse.
