Tilt is an online platform that makes it easy for groups to collect and pool money for fundraising and events. As Tilt grew, the team relied on Excel reports that created a bottleneck at the data scientist level and made company metrics hard to access; they needed a way for everyone to discover acquisition and retention metrics without heavy technical support.

Tilt adopted Chartio, using its SQL editor and dashboard variables to build self-service dashboards and one-click visualizations. The change scaled usage from about 30 to 60–70 daily users, eliminated the reporting bottleneck, enabled new insights (including a “Tilt Social Index” ranking campuses by events), and put dashboard reviews at the center of weekly meetings so teams can manage goals and evaluate initiatives more quickly.
