Capital Integrative Health, an integrative primary care practice founded by Dr. Andrew Wong, needed a flexible, easy-to-use EHR that could support non‑traditional services (acupuncture, functional medicine, nutrition) while managing insurance billing. They selected CharmHealth and its ChARM EHR with Revenue Cycle Management to replace paper workflows and handle claims processing for a mixed payor model.

CharmHealth implemented ChARM EHR and RCM to provide templates, an online patient portal, and streamlined claims submission and separation of non‑covered services. The practice grew from zero to over 930 registered patients in seven months (well above the projected 450–500 in year one), now has 10 practitioners using ChARM, hired an additional nurse practitioner, and reports easier scheduling, faster billing, and responsive support from CharmHealth.
