The deployment enabled Central Coast VNA & Hospice to vaccinate 26,600+ people over 12 months (peaking 7,000+/month), submit 4,500+ claims in peak months without added staff, report vaccinations to CAIR within 24 hours, and allow one nurse to vaccinate 15–25 patients/hour—saving hundreds of overhead hours and avoiding contract clawbacks thanks to CharmHealth’s delivery.
