Home-Start Richmond, Kingston & Hounslow, a local charity supporting families with young children across Richmond upon Thames, Kingston upon Thames and Hounslow, needed a better way to manage client relationships after an amalgamation and to produce the reports required by funders. They chose Charitylog and adopted its cloud-based CRM to replace fragmented processes and improve case management.
Charitylog provided a unified system where staff could record notes, access family histories, and link relevant information in one place, while also working remotely from any connected location. The result was streamlined administration, less duplication, better service delivery, and much stronger reporting capabilities, helping Home-Start Richmond, Kingston & Hounslow become more efficient and even leading to a shortlist for the 2019 Charity Governance Awards’ Embracing Digital Award.
