Case Study: Trident United Way unites 300 partners to reduce poverty with CharityTracker

A Charity Tracker Case Study

Preview of the Trident United Way Case Study

Trident United Way - Customer Case Study

Trident United Way in Charleston, SC, was working to coordinate poverty relief across a growing network of churches and agencies that often operated in silos. To improve communication, share client information, and better guide people from crisis toward self-sufficiency, the organization turned to Charity Tracker’s shared case management and reporting platform, CharityTracker.

Charity Tracker implemented CharityTracker across the SafetyNet collaboration, giving partners a common system for referrals, alerts, training, and outcome tracking. The network grew to 300 organizations and churches with 900 trained users, recording 48,000 households and 110,000 people, along with more than 388,000 acts of kindness and $6.5 million distributed. The platform also helped partners measure progress toward financial stability and improve service coordination across the community.
