NC Community Health Center Association streamlines member management and launches a powerful portal with Chariot Creative

The NC Community Health Center Association (ncchca) approached Chariot Creative with the challenge of modernizing its outdated online membership portal and website. Their vision was to better provide North Carolina with access to competent healthcare, but they lacked a central hub for their members, events, and job resources, needing a solution with vastly improved user experience for both visitors and members.

Chariot Creative designed and developed a custom WordPress website with a powerful admin dashboard, focusing on user experience and creating tools for membership management, event registration, and a job application system. The solution included an interactive locations map and integrated recurring payments. As a result, ncchca can now confidently manage members and events, rely on the new jobs system, and direct patients to find health centers. Chariot Creative continues to maintain the site's hosting and security while working on further expansions.
