Bozzuto Makes ChargePoint EV Charging the Cornerstone of Its Sustainability Story

Bozzuto, a multi-family property management company, wanted to meet growing resident demand for EV charging while staying aligned with its sustainability goals and ENERGY STAR requirements. Bozzuto turned to ChargePoint for a flexible, cost-effective charging solution that could work across different property types and support resident, public, and assigned parking needs.

ChargePoint implemented ENERGY STAR-certified CT4000 and CPF25 charging stations, along with ChargePoint dashboard cloud services for automated sustainability and greenhouse gas reporting. The result was 84 charging spots, 74,468 kg of greenhouse gas emissions avoided, and a better EV charging experience for residents, helping Bozzuto strengthen its sustainability story and support green building certifications.
