By adopting Chargebee, Leadinfo automated signups, invoicing, payments and localization, integrated billing via APIs, and used flexible pricing, catalog management and RevenueStory analytics to iterate pricing and move upmarket. The billing abstraction freed the product team to focus on CX and growth; as a result Leadinfo accelerated growth threefold, grew 200%, added hundreds of new customers monthly, increased ARPU by 25% and materially improved net retention.
