Vinyl Me, Please (VMP) is a subscription club that sends a carefully curated, limited-edition vinyl record and a matching cocktail recipe to members each month. What began as a 10-person side project grew to 1,000+ subscribers, and the team outgrew their simple Stripe-based billing—facing rising operational complexity and a critical need to migrate subscription data without disrupting monthly shipping or new signups.

VMP migrated to Chargebee, where a dedicated migration team ensured error-free imports and uninterrupted billing. Chargebee’s APIs also enabled a WooCommerce member-only store and a customer portal, plus reporting and shipping exports, allowing VMP to expand member benefits, streamline operations, and continue scaling with responsive vendor support.
