Chapman Bright employed its Chaploop methodology to work with Grant Thornton, defining improvement opportunities and creating new programs for lead management and dynamic content. This partnership shaped a new Marketo strategy and led to the launch of a targeted Cyber Security campaign. The collaboration was extended to include advanced efforts in lead nurturing and interest scoring, setting up multiple engagement programs to nurture leads for various services.
