Grant Thornton Netherlands, part of a large global accounting and consulting network, sought to advance its marketing automation after implementing Marketo Engage. Eager to leverage new use cases and prepare for an upcoming CRM integration, they needed an experienced, certified partner to guide their digital marketing team. They selected the vendor Chapman Bright for support.

Chapman Bright employed its Chaploop methodology to work with Grant Thornton, defining improvement opportunities and creating new programs for lead management and dynamic content. This partnership shaped a new Marketo strategy and led to the launch of a targeted Cyber Security campaign. The collaboration was extended to include advanced efforts in lead nurturing and interest scoring, setting up multiple engagement programs to nurture leads for various services.
