Orange Spain Crowdsources Ideas to Help Implement New Tech

Orange Spain faced the challenge of rolling out high‑speed residential internet across the country while involving citizens in the innovation process to build brand engagement and surface practical ideas. To tackle this, Orange partnered with Chaordix to launch an inaugural Spanish‑language crowdsourcing community called "High Speed Ideas" aimed at engaging residents of Madrid and Viladecans in shaping future telecom services.

Chaordix, together with Orange and 100%Open, ran the "High Speed Ideas" community where members submitted ideas, discussed concepts, and voted on proposals. The crowdsourcing initiative produced a range of creative and practical suggestions for implementing high‑speed fiber and mobile services, strengthening Orange’s direct collaboration with users and generating actionable input to inform future service development.
