Chequed, an emerging SaaS provider of Predictive Employee Performance technology, needed a scalable partner relationship management solution to recruit, profile and measure partners. Their CRM vendor’s PRM was not scalable and lacked recruiting/profile tools and partner performance measurement, so they turned to Channeltivity for a purpose-built PRM platform.
Channeltivity deployed a portal with content management, resource library, partner dashboard, deal registration/opportunity collaboration and push to Salesforce.com, implemented in two weeks and made the foundation of Chequed’s dealer training and management. With Channeltivity, Chequed grew its partner base 300% in 2010 without adding staff and gained clear visibility into deal flow and partner performance.
