Wholesale Changes as Manufacturer Grows Online Sales

Schneider Electric, a global electrical equipment manufacturer, wanted to expand online sales across a massive catalog of 140,000+ products in a sector that was still relatively immature for eCommerce. The company needed a way to connect its website’s product pages to retailers while making its B2B buying journey more eCommerce-friendly, and it turned to ChannelSight’s Buy Now platform to help solve that challenge.

ChannelSight implemented the Buy Now solution and worked closely with Schneider Electric and its retail partners to create and validate first-time product feeds, connect to retailer sites, and support cart transfer for bulk purchases. In 12 months, ChannelSight onboarded 68 retailers across 11 countries, helping Schneider Electric grow eCommerce revenue and lay the groundwork for further online sales growth in a challenging market.
