Nikol Beauty partnered with Channelize.io to bring live shopping and shoppable video experiences into its ecommerce mobile app, moving beyond the common approach of hosting live shows only on a website. The beauty brand wanted a more accessible, engaging way to connect with its loyal audience and drive more interactive commerce.

Using Channelize.io’s mobile-responsive live shopping and shoppable video solution, Nikol Beauty launched live shows, reused UGC from Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, and added features like product spotlight, add-to-cart, and analytics. The results from an early show were strong: 22.49% of viewers added items to cart, 17.7% of those carts converted to purchases, and live engagement reached 47%, prompting Nikol Beauty to plan more shows with Channelize.io.
