Lucardi, the largest jewelry chain in the Netherlands with 124 stores and a webshop for NL, BE and DE, faced rapid online growth and the challenge of reaching diverse customer segments across multiple marketplaces (Bol.com, Zalando, Amazon DE, etc.) while managing a catalog of over 8,000 products. To solve this, Lucardi partnered with ChannelEngine and used ChannelEngine’s marketplace integration tool to centralize and control listings and feeds.
ChannelEngine implemented rule-based feed management, product selection and top-seller insights, automated attribute mapping and instant updates across marketplaces, and supported Zalando onboarding. As a result Lucardi gained full control over product information (reducing display errors for size/measurements), faster onboarding, broader reach into new target groups, and increased marketplace sales—most notably an immediate, substantial turnover boost in Germany—while simplifying management of its 8,000+ SKUs.
