Petrol Industries, a Dutch fashion label, wanted to scale its DTC and marketplace business without hurting margins. As an affordable menswear brand with many low-priced items, it struggled to sell products profitably on marketplaces, so it turned to ChannelEngine and its product bundle feature.
ChannelEngine helped Petrol create “digital” product bundles in its dashboard while keeping stock separate in the warehouse. This let Petrol offer better-value packs, and the results were strong: Cyber Week revenue quadrupled year over year, its best-selling bundle sold over 23,000 pieces in Europe and outperformed individual sales by 50%, and year-to-date revenue was nearly double the previous year.
