A ChannelEngine Case Study
Crazy Safety, a Danish brand known for its 3D animal helmets and bike accessories, was struggling to scale its marketplace business as demand grew across Europe. Their existing integration tool could only handle a limited number of marketplaces and made it difficult to manage stock, pricing, product data, and complex catalog structures, creating inefficiencies and limiting expansion. ChannelEngine was brought in as the marketplace integration platform to support their growth.
With ChannelEngine, Crazy Safety smoothly migrated existing marketplaces while launching new ones, starting with Amazon and Decathlon and then expanding to channels like bol, Stadium, Kaufland, and Carrefour. By the end of 2024, they were active on 19 marketplaces and 12 marketing feeds, with over 30 marketplaces and channels launched overall, 150 SKUs managed seamlessly, and 50% of revenue generated from marketplaces. ChannelEngine also helped improve listings, reduce errors, automate operations, and expand into key markets including Germany, France, Spain, Denmark, and Italy.
