Northwest Pump, an employee-owned distributor of petroleum and industrial equipment, needed a better eCommerce experience after struggling with clunky, unreliable B2B and B2C sites that were difficult to manage and couldn’t integrate cleanly with its ERP. Channel Software provided its CSX eCommerce platform for both Northwest Pump’s B2B and B2C websites, with seamless integration to Infor CloudSuite Distribution. The new sites enabled real-time inventory visibility, easier account and order management, and eliminated manual inventory uploads on the B2C side; as a result, Northwest Pump saw year-over-year sales growth of 38% on B2B and 46% on B2C.
