Imperial Pools, North America’s oldest and largest privately owned manufacturer and distributor of inground pool kits, needed a more flexible and robust B2B eCommerce experience for its dealers. Channel Software built a B2B site integrated with Imperial Pools’ Epicor Prophet 21 ERP, delivering faster ordering, shopping lists, spreadsheet uploads, on-demand pricing lists, employee login controls, and stronger back-end management. The new site drove measurable gains, including nearly 20% higher website usage, improved customer satisfaction, and excellent reliability with only one outage in four years resolved within an hour.
