Havaianas, a global Brazilian sandal brand, faced a significant challenge in scaling its online advertising across diverse European markets. Their process for managing product catalogs across multiple channels like Google and Facebook was rigid and inefficient, as it relied on a direct XML feed from their ecommerce store. This made it nearly impossible to tailor ads, prices, or messaging for different countries, languages, and specific promotions. Their agency, Apache, identified the need for a more flexible feed management solution and implemented Channable.

Using the Channable platform, Apache gained complete autonomy to manage and optimize Havaianas' product feeds. They utilized if-then rules to effortlessly modify titles, descriptions, prices, and shipping rates for different channels and scheduled promotions like Black Friday across seven languages. The solution also enabled the creation of dynamic creative ads. A key measurable impact was the ability to track campaign performance through UTMs generated in Channable, allowing Apache to effectively measure and compare the impact of all campaigns across different products and channels.
