Skyscanner, the global travel search company, needed a way to restart and scale its paid search activity after COVID-19 brought much of the travel industry to a halt. To meet this challenge, Skyscanner partnered with Channable and used its Feed Management capabilities to support campaign rebuilding and automation.
With Channable’s Feed Management, Skyscanner built keyword-focused campaigns at scale, added pricing and price extensions, and standardized and automated data across markets. The result was faster campaign updates, broader keyword coverage, and strong growth: feed-enabled markets delivered 80% of total YoY traffic growth from Google SEM campaigns and grew paid search sessions 58 percentage points faster than direct traffic in those markets.
