Plein, an online drugstore, faced the common e‑commerce challenge of driving as many relevant clicks as possible at the lowest cost while protecting thin FMCG margins—customers often buy only when products are discounted. To address the need to optimize bids by actual returns, Plein turned to Channable, using Channable’s tool together with Dasbot’s Cost Data Importer to bring cost data into their feed and calculate ROAS per product.
Using Channable and the Dasbot Cost Data Importer, Plein imported cost data, applied a simple rule to calculate ROAS per product, and automatically adjusted Shopping campaign bids based on those ROAS figures. The automated bid adjustments delivered measurable savings of €1,429 per month, improving campaign efficiency while preserving margins.
