ECCO, the Danish footwear company operating in over 88 countries, was relying on IT teams and external agencies to update product feeds, which was slow, expensive and often produced feeds that didn’t meet channel specifications. Consultant Alex Poza implemented Channable’s feed management tool to gain independence and direct control over creating and adapting feeds for each platform.
By centralizing and automating feed management with Channable, ECCO now applies channel-specific rules (e.g., fill empty fields from other fields, exclude products priced under €1, set free shipping over €180) and can copy rules across projects; adapting a feed now takes about 1 minute. Channable eliminated agency dependence, lets a single person manage all feeds, reduced errors and manual work, and greatly accelerated their time-to-market.
