Bossdata is a Belgium-based digital marketing agency working for clients including ERA Real Estate. Faced with the task of advertising more than 27,000 dynamic property listings across 40+ independent brokers — each with different budgets, ROAS goals and location-specific portfolios — Bossdata needed a way to run bilingual (Dutch/French), location-accurate campaigns and keep listings up to date. To solve this they turned to Channable and its SEA tool to automate feed management and campaign generation.

Using Channable, Bossdata imported CRM and inventory feeds (Salesforce + ERA feed), created dynamic ad templates and ad customizers, paused ads when properties sold, managed budgets per broker, and targeted campaigns by latitude/longitude across channels (Google Search, DoubleClick Dynamic Remarketing, Facebook, 2dehands/2ememain). The result: a 324% uplift in conversion rate, 2,434% more new users, and 7,200 Google Ads goal completions in the first two quarters of 2019, plus fully dynamic bilingual remarketing and time savings across 40+ broker accounts.
