Automated, real-time, and location-based Google Ads recruitment campaigns for TMI

SDIM, the marketing agency for healthcare recruiter TMI, needed to create and maintain thousands of Google Ads across 10 countries while respecting anonymized job listings and rapidly changing vacancies. To solve this, SDIM used Channable and its SEA tool to feed dynamic, location-based ads from TMI’s XML job feed and automate campaign management.

With Channable, SDIM added city fields, combined job titles with region/city and static keywords, and automatically generated and paused ads as roles were posted or filled—ensuring correct landing pages and highly relevant copy at scale. The Channable-powered campaigns produced thousands of targeted ads, lowered average CPC from €0.65 to €0.53 (‑18%), increased conversion rate from 1.18% to 1.46%, and cut CPA by 33%, while saving substantial time on campaign upkeep.
