California Manufacturing Technology Consulting (CMTC is a nonprofit that helps manufacturers and defense suppliers improve performance, serving up to 800 companies a year through fee- and partner-funded programs. The solution sped up expense processing, created a reliable audit trail, improved accountability to funding partners and became the organization’s central hub for fee-based business and reporting.
