The Greater Clover Chamber of Commerce in Clover, South Carolina, led by Executive Director Andrea Maglii, adopted ChamberMaster software soon after Andrea took the role to address a key challenge: improving the onboarding experience and getting more members to use the chamber’s online features despite having limited resources and no staff.

To solve this, Andrea and volunteer Tim Zeman worked with ChamberMaster customer service to launch a five-step “Jump Start” program (Member Information Center, Connect on Social Media, Education Portal, Get Involved, and Take Notice). Tim praised ChamberMaster’s live chat support for delivering fast, specific answers, and Andrea now has more time to focus on growing membership—ChamberMaster’s support and the Jump Start program are expected to increase member participation, engagement, and long-term support for the chamber.
