Multi Corporation rolls out Chainels across 5 Polish shopping centres to boost tenant engagement

Multi Corporation, a real estate developer and manager, faced the challenge of optimizing its operational strategy and digitizing communications and operations across its portfolio of shopping centres, beginning with its Forum Gdańsk property. To address this, they partnered with vendor Chainels to pilot the Multi Forum, a proptech solution designed as an all-inclusive digital management and communication tool.

The solution implemented by Chainels streamlined all center operations into a single app, replacing inefficient processes like email, phone calls, and Excel sheets. Following a successful pilot, Chainels was rolled out to four additional Multi shopping centres in Poland. The results included highly engaged users, the complete elimination of paper, and thousands of redemptions for local discounts. Chainels provided measurable impacts through increased operational efficiency, lower costs, improved tenant satisfaction, and support for Multi's ESG goals.
