How EPP uses Chainels to put its tenants first

EPP, Poland's largest retail real estate asset manager, sought to enhance its competitiveness and operational efficiency by digitalizing its tenant communications and reporting processes. Their challenge was to replace multiple, manual channels with a single, streamlined platform, a need that became especially critical during the COVID-19 pandemic for sharing fast-changing information. To address this, they turned to the Chainels tenant experience platform to host their white-labeled app, EPP Connect.

By implementing the Chainels platform, EPP integrated communication, turnover reporting, and maintenance tracking into one application. This solution made data collection easier, improved the speed of issue resolution, and provided new amenities for tenants, such as booking conference rooms. The results included significantly streamlined operations and improved tenant satisfaction. Chainels also supports EPP's ESG initiatives and is being expanded to their portfolio of office buildings to further their digitalization strategy.
