SiteOne Partners with Chainalytics for Supply Chain Design and Planning Transformation

SiteOne Landscape Supply, the nation’s largest supplier of wholesale landscape supplies and golf course accessories in North America, partnered with Chainalytics to redesign its distribution network and improve inventory planning and replenishment. Facing high cost-to-serve, limited forecasting capabilities, and frequent product repositioning across more than 470 locations, SiteOne sought Chainalytics’ supply chain design and planning expertise and JDA technology implementation support.

Chainalytics used Llamasoft Supply Chain Design software to optimize the distribution network and then implemented JDA demand planning and replenishment solutions. The result was improved store in-stocks, reduced expedited freight, lower transportation and warehousing costs, and better customer service, including an estimated 25,000–50,000 hours of productivity returned to store associates.
