Renegade Brands, a shared-services team formed by ACP to support a portfolio of action-sports and lifestyle labels, needed to replace a patchwork of systems with a single, scalable platform that could serve multiple brands with different operating models. To centralize services such as ERP implementations, B2B, websites and commercial systems across Huff, Brixton, Mervyn and others, Renegade Brands engaged CGS and selected the BlueCherry ERP solution.

CGS implemented a “mothership” BlueCherry ERP template and worked collaboratively with each brand to standardize core processes while preserving necessary differences, creating a centralized service operation. The CGS-led deployment supported global sales initiatives, improved sales order processing and enhanced warehouse functionality, enabling measurable business growth across all Renegade Brands divisions.
